This year’s CD workshop is scheduled for Sunday, 6-Mar, 2011, prior to the beginning of JDVAC 2011.
The website for registering with CAOHC for the Course Director Certification/Re-certification Workshop is now open. When registering for the conference you should select “DoD Audiologist & CAOHC Training Registration Fee $260.00”. This pays for your registration to the entire conference and the Sunday CD workshop, to include lunch provided on Sunday.
You must also register separately with CAOHC by going to this link and selecting the workshop in San Diego. Fees are $125 and $175 for re-certification and certification respectively. You must provide in that registration the required information on the website. Highly recommend that you attempt to register with CAOHC NLT 10 February so there is adequate time for processing.
