QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing audiometric testing, evaluation and remedial services for patients with a variety of hearing losses, administering and interpreting diagnostic test to asses both the degree and nature of hearing loss present, applying standard theories, procedures and diagnostic measures and professional practices.
